Fence Top Feeder: Mounted
The mounted Fence Top Feeder is affixed to your wood rail fence and requires a screwdriver to move it to another location. Originally designed for lower height fences, this feeder has become a barn favourite because it can host a longer hay net and therefore longer period of time slow-feeding your horse.
The mounted Fence Top Feeder is good for horses that live in fairly permanent, and dry paddocks and corrals. If you tend to move the feeder as the ground deteriorates, you may prefer the portable Fence Top Feeder.
Fence Top Feeders come with or without a hay net - you can try our specially curated nets or install your favourite hay net yourself. Make sure the bottom of the net, when it’s empty, rests at least 6” off the ground. We appreciate the chance to have you test out our hay nets. When you purchase our nets, we send the feeders to you with the net pre-mounted.
