The HayPal Drop Down Feeder is perfect for stalls (indoor or outdoor) that have a solid wall. The Drop Down Feeder opens to 90 degrees with the push of a finger. Drop in your hay (or even a 40 lb compressed bale), close the feeder by pushing it back into the Easy Latch, and move on to the next horse.
The Easy Latch is a simple yet strong, horse-proof-to-date latch system that can only be released by a human. To very simply unhook the latch,
Drop Down Feeder comes with or without a hay net - you can try our specially curated nets or install your favourite hay net yourself. Make sure the bottom of the net, when it’s empty, rests at least 6” off the ground. When you purchase our nets, we send the feeders to you with the net pre-mounted.
If you are not able to mount the feeder onto a solid wood surface (stud or 1.5”+ lumber), please purchase and use our wall anchor kit.
