Fence Top Feeders

from $149.95

HayPal Fence Top Feeders sit on the top rail of your fence, with the top of the hay chute a further 14” above that. Toss multiple flakes of hay into the always-open hay chute or use a pitch fork to throw loose hay into the feeder. This hoops-style feeder almost makes filling hay nets fun! The unit comes with or without our All Day Hay Net (5-8 flakes).

There are two Fence Top Feeders to choose from: Mounted or Portable.

MOUNTED Fence Top Feeder:

The mounted Fence Top Feeder screws onto your wood rail fence with four tube clamps (clamps & screws provided) and requires a screwdriver to move it to another location. This option is good for horses that live in fairly permanent, dry paddocks and corrals. If you tend to move the feeder as the ground deteriorates, you may prefer the portable edition.

Mounted Fence Top Feeder with All Day Hay Net (5-8 flakes): ‍ ‍CAD $179.95
Mounted Fence Top Feeder (no net): ‍ ‍CAD $124.95

PORTABLE Fence Top Feeder‍:

Hooked side rails are added to the Fence Top Feeder to turn it into a portable feeder. Take the feeder with you when you travel or show, or when you need to find a dry spot on the fence line. The portable feeder does not require tools to attach it to a fence. Upper and lower hooks secure the feeder to the fence and it is easily moved by pulling the pins out of the hooks.

PORTABLE Fence Top Feeder‍ with All Day Hay Net (5-8 flakes): ‍CAD $284.95
PORTABLE Fence Top Feeder‍ (no net): CAD $229.95

FENCE RAIL CHECK: Please fill out the fence rail size form during purchase so that we can send the correct size of top hooks.

HAY NETS: Please note that if you plan to use your own hay nets, they must be minimum 1” hole-size to fit around the feeder, and at least 76” in circumference. If your horses are new to hay nets, please use minimum 1.5” nets to start. Learn more about our hay nets.
